Chocolate, nothing but chocolate. To rediscover its intense and powerful taste, our gelato contains very little fresh Swiss milk, and a good quantity of Apurimac 100% mono-origin chocolate, from the best cocoa bean plantations in Perù.

WILLAMETTE RASPBERRY
A fresh and delicate sorbetto, which reveals a slight touch of acidity at the end of the tasting. To create it, we carefully select the ripest, firmest and most authentic Willamette raspberries, to find the true taste of this red fruit.
FRAGOLA
SENGA SENGAMA STRAWBERRY
The light-scented strawberry is found in an ultra-concentrated sorbetto version, made up of more than 50% fresh fruit. Of the Senga Sengana variety, they are picked at maturity, to guarantee an authentic fragrance, without aromas or additives.
MELONE
CANTALOUPE MELON FROM CAVAILLON
This sorbetto has an intense fragrance and a mild orange color. Its sweet and aromatic taste comes from a careful selection of the best Cantaloupe and Retato melons variety.

With its fleshy, dense and juicy pulp, the mango is the ideal fruit for making a sorbetto. At Manu Gelato, we work with Alfonso from India and Brazil, a bright yellow variety with an intensely exotic taste.
