Chocolate, nothing but chocolate. To rediscover its intense and powerful taste, our gelato contains very little fresh Swiss milk, and a good quantity of Apurimac 100% mono-origin chocolate, from the best cocoa bean plantations in Perù.

It is in the Piedmont region that our Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts are grown, universally recognized as the best in the world. They are the star ingredient of this creamy gelato with the taste of lightly roasted dried fruits.

A fresh and delicate sorbetto, which reveals a slight touch of acidity at the end of the tasting. To create it, we carefully select the ripest, firmest and most authentic Willamette raspberries, to find the true taste of this red fruit.

SENGA SENGAMA STRAWBERRY

The light-scented strawberry is found in an ultra-concentrated sorbetto version, made up of more than 50% fresh fruit. Of the Senga Sengana variety, they are picked at maturity, to guarantee an authentic fragrance, without aromas or additives.

At Manu Gelato, there is no lack of creativity. To keep surprising you, every month we imagine new flavours, to be discovered in our stores.

Among our latest preparations, the Torta al Limone inspired by the traditional Italian dessert, consisting of fior di latte ice cream, Sicilian lemons and Speculoos biscuits; the Manu Magnum made with Madagascar vanilla, Criollo chocolate and praline Avola almonds, or the Ricotta Meringa & Mirtilli gelato.
